Shipping Policy

Processing time
In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping options
You can choose your preferred option at checkout:

• Lalamove (Metro Manila): same-day or next-day delivery. The rate is based on distance and quoted at booking.
• Courier (nationwide): via J&T, LBC, or Flash Express. Metro Manila typically takes 1–3 business days; provinces typically take 3–7 business days.
• Free shipping: on orders above ₱3,000 within Metro Manila.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and courier delays during peak seasons and holidays are beyond our control.

Warehouse pickup
You can pick up your order for free at our warehouse in San Nicholas, Manila city during Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm, once we confirm your order is ready. Please bring your order number. Our mall stands don't handle website order pickups.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship once stock arrives in our warehouse. Estimated arrival dates are shown on each product page but may shift due to manufacturer or shipping delays, and we'll notify you of any changes. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it ships together once everything is available.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
