1. About us
This website, jkhobbyland.com, is operated by JK Hobbyland Online Shop ("JK Hobbyland," "we," "us"), a business registered in the Philippines DTI registration no. 5594068. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products
We try to show product colors, images, and details as accurately as possible, but screen displays vary and packaging may change without notice from the manufacturer. Piece counts, dimensions, and specifications are provided by the manufacturer. Products are for personal use. Some items contain small parts that aren't suitable for children under 3 years old.

3. Pricing
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but price changes won't affect orders you've already paid for. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and fully refund you, even after it's confirmed.

4. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the order appears fraudulent, or it exceeds reasonable purchase limits. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Pre-orders
Pre-order items are paid for in advance and ship once stock arrives. Release dates are estimates set by the manufacturer and may change. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the item arrives in our warehouse. 

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery options, timelines, and return conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

7. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate contact and delivery information.

8. Intellectual property
Product names, logos, and images belong to their respective brand owners, including Pintoo, Piece Relax, Bandai, and LEGO. JK Hobbyland's own content, photos, and design on this site may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, placing fraudulent orders, or scraping content.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, JK Hobbyland is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't exclude liability that can't legally be excluded.

11. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of Manila City.
